The space The 30 meters studio has a large dining table, also suitable for working. The kitchen area is located on a side wall and has been designed to be fresh and practical at the same time. The bed is foldable with a high-end mattress to facilitate the rest of our tenants. The TV is located on the wall and can be enjoyed from the table or comfortably from the bed. At the back is the access door to the bathroom with shower. Guest access Everything is completely private, there are no common areas. Other things to note Most of our guests already have a good understanding of what renting an apartment entails and what to expect. We strive to make sure everyone enjoys their stay, so here is a short list of what you can expect from us: - The studio is on a ground floor with independent access giving complete flexibility for check in and out. - We provide an initial set of bed linen and towels based on the number of guests. If needed, you can request additional towels/sheets for an extra cost (see prices under "House Rules"). - For reservations of 7 days or more, you can request a mid-stay cleaning (with clean towels and bed linen) for an additional cost (maximum once per week). - As a welcome courtesy, we also provide a number of items such as: shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper rolls, basic cleaning products, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, napkins. Of course, we are also here to offer you recommendations about the city, restaurants and things to see and do. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful city.
