Welcome to The Kingfisher, a light and airy 2 bedroom home nestled in the picturesque village of Kingsbury. This charming house features colourful accents inspired by the vibrant Kingfisher bird, with blue and orange elements woven throughout the property. The space This property has a spacious driveway to the right hand side of the property, comfortably parking 2 vehicles. The property has a large kitchen diner fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and hob, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a separate comfortable lounge to relax and unwind in. upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd bedroom has twin beds. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a wash basin and a WC. There is also a small enclosed garden to the rear for your enjoyment, should the English weather allow. Please note. We will be collecting a refundable damage deposit of £100 off all our guests prior to arrival, which will be refunded with 14 days of departure providing our terms and conditions have not been broken. We also ask all our guests to complete our terms and conditions document, consisting of a signature, a selfie and photo of your driving license. Guest access The property is self check in and check in details will be forwarded to prior to arrival. Other things to note This property is ideally located for family trips away, being in close proximity to Twycross Zoo, Drayton Manor and events ant the N.E.C. For adventurous families, there is the snowdome at Tamworth, offering tobogganing, snow board and skiing lessons. Tamworth also boasts a 10 screen cinema, a ten pin bowling alley and Ventura retail park, with many big brand stores including Next, Marks and Spencer, Primark, and many many more. RULES: Please note that all guests are kindly asked to forward their email address as soon as possible. All bookings require the lead booker of the party to electronically sign and return our company Terms & Conditions as well as completing a simple identification verification requiring government ID (Passport of driving license) and a selfie. As we have duty of care to all of our properties we are entitled to ensure the correct guests are staying in the property as well as asking all of our guests to pay a £100 refundable damage deposit which will be returned to our guests within 14 days of departure from the property. We hope that you can understand the necessity of this for insurance purposes. Once the guest has agreed and responded to our terms and conditions, confirmed their identity and paid the damage deposit, we will then be able to forward on check in details for access to the property. **Please note that these will not be given out until all criteria is completed** No guests other than those booked into the property are allowed to enter, unless permission has been granted. Please respect the hike in costs of running the property as we ask you to not leave the heating on whilst the property is vacated as well as ensuring the lights are switched off. Strictly no smoking Strictly no Electrical Vehicle charging permitted at our properties, if discovered we will implement immediate vacation of the property. Strictly no parties or events are permitted to take place in our properties.
