The space Our modern stylish Wamburun apartment (named after the black cockatoos that you can find in Canberra) is located on the upper levels of the apartment complex. This open plan apartment is accessible through lifts, and comes with a range of thoughtful touches to help make an enjoyable stay. KITCHEN: This is a fully equipped equipment with: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - oven - microwave - kettle - toaster - dishwasher - crockery and cutlery - coffee pod machine - blender - smoothie blender - rice cooker - scale and measuring cups - cooking basics (e.g. oil, salt and pepper) We provide a starter kit of tea, coffee pods, sugar and a light breakfast. BEDROOM: The bedroom comes with a king size bed with linens and wardrobe with full-length mirrors. There are side lamps, USB chargers & spare outlets for each bedside, and a Goog1e Assistant smart clock: "Hey Goog1e, wake me up at 7am" or "Hey Goog1e, play ocean sounds". LIVING ROOM: This comes with a designer leather couch, and a large screen Android TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, YouTube Premium and Chromecast. You can play your own content with our supplied HDMI cable, and stream content via Chromecast. You can get advice from the Goog1e Assistant in the living room - "Hey Goog1e, what's the weather today?". We provide an air purifier in the living area. We have a dedicated study desk, 32” 4K monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse, and a chair. BATHROOM: The bathroom comes with a toilet, sink and shower. We provide towels for each registered guest, toilet paper, bodywash and shampoo. The bathroom also features a European style laundry which has a sink, and a combined washing machine/dryer. We provide laundry powder. For the greener option, we provide a clothes horse that you can hang your clothes to dry. SMART HOME: This apartment is a smart home, with various sensors throughout the area, including motion sensors, door sensors, and temperature sensors. These are for the security of the apartment and to help us ensure we provide you with a great experience. Please do not tamper with the sensors. There are no cameras in the apartment, but there are in the common areas of the complex. POOL, GYM and BBQ: You will have access during the duration of your stay to the shared facilities - the lovely 25m heated indoor pool, a large gym and outdoor BBQ areas. Please note that these are shared facilities so please be respectful of the other residents and ensure that things are kept clean and tidy. HIRE CAR AVAILABLE: We can have a Tesla Model Y Long Range available at the apartment for you (subject to hire fees & availability). FREE PARKING: The cost includes a single undercover parking space for the duration of your stay. The parking garage has a maximum height of 2.2m. Shared EV Chargers are available, managed by Chargefox, with pricing posted nearby. You will need a Chargefox RFID card and a Type 2 cable to charge. You may hire both from us if require. NO SMOKING: This property is for non-smokers only. This means no smoking on the balcony, or entering the property while smelling of smoke. Guest access You will have access to one allocated, underground parking space. Other things to note For the comfort of future guests, we do not accept any smokers or smoking on premises.
