Convenient location to grocery stores, shopping mall, I-10 freeway and also Universal Studio as well as Disneyland. Other things to note Important house rule reminder： • You must be 21+ to book. • Absolutely no party/event will be allowed in the house. Evidence of a party will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation. • The quiet time is 9pm to 8am. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep your noise level down past 9PM. 😊 • We are sorry but pets are not allowed at this property, except for service dogs. Proof is required for ESA dogs. Violators will be fined 500 dollars. • Cannabis/tobacco smoking will not be allowed in the interior of the property and anywhere near the house in the neighborhood. Violators will be charged fees to compensate for the additional cleaning. • No laundry bedtime. (9pm to 9am). • No food or drink is allowed in the bedrooms.
