Bernabeu & Financial Area: Beautiful and cute Duplex

Beautiful Duplex on Calle Oviedo, a few minutes walk from the Azca Financial District, the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium and 4 Caminos. Newly renovated (Air Conditioning included) and with all the amenities you need to spend a few days in Madrid. It's a loft, super quiet and romantic. The location is great for getting around Madrid. It has a living room (double sofa bed) + kitchenette and bathroom on the first floor and a large room on the second floor. The space Beautiful Duplex in downtown Madrid, just a few meters from the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the Azca Financial Area and 4 roads. It is on the ground floor of a classic Madrid corrala and has a fantastic light. In addition, it shines for its tranquility, since the community is a haven of peace. It can accommodate up to 4 people, as it has a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room for two other guests. However, the apartment is recommended for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The air conditioning works great, the TV is a smart TV (it has Amazon Fire, which allows it to connect to the wifi). It doesn't have a washing machine, but there's a laundromat right next door! There is a public parking lot on the same street and they have price offers for long stays. Everything is super new, I just finished the renovation in July 2022, and I have tried to take care of every detail. Of course, all recommendations are welcome! The hot water is provided by an electric water heater. When the tank is empty, you must wait 30-40 minutes for the new tank to heat up. Please note that sometimes the door does not close properly and it is necessary to lock it with a key so that the door is locked. I hope to be able to solve this issue soon! Other things to note Our apartment is in a multicultural area full of diversity, with a unique and cultural energy. For me it is super important to be as hospitable as possible with my guests and help you in every possible way. - Quiet hours from 10pm to 10am, in the apartment and in the common areas of the building. - No Smoking If you do, you'll be charged a 50 euro fee. - Flexible check-ins and check-outs based on availability. We're happy to help whenever possible. - Entry or check-in is in person, contact me through the app and we'll arrange the arrival. It's usually at 3:00 PM but I can be flexible if outgoing guests allow me. - Check-in after 10 P.M. will incur an additional charge of €20 - Check-in after midnight will incur an additional fee of €30 - Losing or forgetting the keys will result in a fine of 50e in addition to the cost of repairing /opening/replacing the key or lock. - I may request an additional deposit in certain cases. I'm sorry, but that way I can know that my neighbors won't be disturbed.  - For communications, I prefer to use the app, since either Pat or Dani will respond:) I'm happy to be available when you need me to help you with whatever you need.
