Guests are welcome to interact with our animals at your comfort level. The cottage-style Rose Suite is our largest accommodation. Guests will enjoy the full kitchen and dining area, and will stay extra cozy with two fireplaces: one in the living room and a second in the bedroom. Enjoy the outdoors with a covered patio with a fire pit, grill, and seating area overlooking the front horse pasture. Guests are invited to enjoy the beautiful Kentucky countryside while visiting the ranch. The gardens, wild flowers, and gorgeous tree-lined hills will be a feast for your eyes in the spring, summer and fall. Winter holds its own magic when the ranch glistens in the snow. Explore the property where you can enjoy a fishing pond, peddle boat, and creek. Working remotely or taking a work retreat? Enjoy our outstanding Wi-Fi. For guests traveling with pets, we have a private fenced dog park. Our 4-legged guests are very special and welcome. We do not charge a pet fee. The Rose suite has a full kitchen, dining area and living room. Begin your day with complimentary eggs in your suite, and freshly baked muffins and fruit in the Gallery Lounge. Wind down in the evening enjoying complimentary evening Bourbon, and save room for dessert with our homemade ice cream, or a made-to-order bakery treat. The upstairs area of our barn now features an amenity center for guests. Get comfy with our horse themed slipper bar. Pop some popcorn and watch a movie in our Barn/Home theater. Get in a workout in our fitness center, then relax in the sauna. Play a round or two of pool in "The Horseman's" Billiards Room, lined with memorabilia highlighting our horse Lady's racing career. Rain or shine, there is lots for guests to do while staying on the farm. There is a fishing pond, pedal boat, dock (with fire pit) and creek on property. An outdoor patio sits right outside your door, with a fire pit, gas grill and seating area. We are proudly pet friendly and have a private fenced in dog park. Ask us about our free dog-walking services. Guests traveling with horses are welcome to use the barn and pastures (All pets, including horses stay free). There is plenty of parking available outside your private entrance. We are here to make sure you have a wonderful experience; whether it is helping us groom the horses, or if you prefer to just quietly enjoy the relaxing beauty of the property. We love sharing our farm and animals with all our guests. We started our Inn in 2021 after relocating to Kentucky from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We can’t wait to share the magic of Nicura Ranch with you. Under their own risks, guests are permitted to interact with the animals. Berea offers amazing hiking and bike riding trails. The Pinnacles is located within 10 minutes of our farm. This is one of the top hiking spots in all of Kentucky. If shopping is what you prefer, Berea is full of unique art shops and handmade gifts. We are located within minutes of Berea College, and the historical Boone Tavern. The charming town offers many festivals throughout the year, weekly farmers markets, and free concerts in the summer months. We are 15 minutes from Renfro Valley and the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame. We are located 40 minutes south of Lexington, Keenland, and the Horse Park. Car is the easiest way to get around. Free Parking is available everywhere in Berea. Nicura Ranch Inn & Stables is a privately owned 15-acre farm located in Berea, Kentucky. The Inn includes three unique barn suites for guests to get “up close and personal” with the animals, and experience the serenity and beauty of farm life. If this suite is booked on your desired dates, please ask about our other suites on the property. This is our Rose suite, and it is our largest guest suite. If you are looking for more space, our Sunflower Suite can be booked in addition to the Rose Suite (they are located directly next to each other). Our third suite, Lavender sleeps 2, full kitchen with dining area, and has a window looking directly into our goat stall and barn. Please message us for links and information. We are happy to host all members of your family, from children to pets. Dogs will enjoy the private, fenced in dog park on the farm. Dogs are permitted to bark (we promise we don't mind), and they may be left in your suite while you are out. We ask that guests limit this to 4 hours. If longer, please arrange for us to let them out (free of charge) for a bathroom break and fresh air. We do not offer horseback/trail riding at our ranch (our horses are sport horses). However, there is a nearby stable that welcomes riders of all levels. We highly recommend this experience to our guests. Guests are welcome to participate with grooming, and interact with our horses in all other ways.
