Close to Georgetown's best children's park, shops, and dining. Your perfect family home away from home awaits! The space This home features 3 full sized bedrooms on the upper level. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed with his & her closests and a tall dresser for clothing storage. The secondary bedroom also has a queen sized bed with a walk in closet. The third bedroom has twin sized bunkbeds with desk for at home office space, closet and a tiny balcony to enjoy. The home is clean, bright and spacious. Equipped with all the essentials throughout. We have a Keurig coffee machine in our fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full sized refrigerator, stove and microwave. The home has a full laundry area with washer and dryer for guest use during your stay. Halton Hills is a beautiful suburb just outside of the Greater Toronto Area. You can catch the GO Train into the city of Toronto only a short distance from this home. This home backs onto the local Catholic high school. Come September expect an increase in noise levels Monday – Friday during active school hours. The yard remains private feeling due to the large trees blocking the school. Our family thanks you in advance for treating our home with respect. Please leave house in tidy condition. *If your family/group requires sleeping for 7, the accent chair that turns into a cot to sleep the 7th guest added in basement living room. Guest access This rental is the entire three levels of this townhome. Guests will have full access to the property, including garage for additional parking space, 1 car driveway with space for 1 regular sized car inside the garage (not a truck). You can park in the one parking space in the driveway directly in-front of the garage. If you need the 2nd parking space inside the garage during your stay, just let me know and I'll give you the garage door code in advance of your arrival. You will also find the garage door code inside the Welcome Binder in the home. Please always park in your spot in the driveway. Street parking has many rules and regulations around it and to avoid being ticketed by the Town By-Law enforcement we recommend simply always parking in the driveway and never on the road. There is one small storage room under the stairs in the basement that will be unavailable for guests to access. Other things to note Unless otherwise posted, all on-street parking in Halton Hills has a maximum six-hour parking limit. Parking overnight is not permitted between 2 and 6 a.m. from November 15 to April 15 as per the Uniform Traffic Control By-law No. 84-1. Thank you for your understanding
