Large and airy home with plenty of space for enjoyment for both adults and children. In addition to good beds to sleep in, we have toys and activities for children both outside and inside. The space We rent the first floor of a horizontally divided semi-detached house in Lillestrøm. The main floor consists of: three bedrooms with good size, living room with plenty of floor space and several seating areas, dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms with toilet and shower. In the basement living room there is a sofa bed and home theater, in addition to a guest room with beds for two. Large and child-friendly outdoor area with trampoline, 2 seating areas, fire pan and more. The home is only a ten minute walk away: - Lillestrøm city center is a ten minute walk away, here there are many cafes, restaurants, a shopping center and a cozy pedestrian street. - Lillestrøm station. From here there are frequent direct trains to Oslo. The train ride to Oslo S takes only 10 minutes. - Nebbursvollen outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool with several pools, water slides and a large area for picnics/sunbathing. Guest access All rooms belonging to the residential unit are available. The house has a rough basement that is shared with a neighbor on the 2nd floor. Here you will find a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The laundry room is available to the tenant. Storage rooms in this basement are not available. 2nd floor and attic are not available to the tenant.
