Other things to note The apartment is on the second floor of a listed half-timbered house from the 16th century. The apartment is spread over two levels. When entering the apartment, you have a beautiful view of the spacious and open kitchen-living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The lovingly furnished living area has a seating area and flat-screen TV and offers a great/fantastic view of the Flensburg harbor. The bathroom has been completely renovated and is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and a heated towel rail. Up the stairs are two bedrooms. In the spacious, light-flooded bedroom, a new, comfortable box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) awaits you, which ensures deep, restful sleep – perfect for switching off after an eventful day. – also with a fantastic view of the Flensburg harbor. In addition, the separate bedroom with two single beds offers you a flexible sleeping option – ideal for families with (older) children. The apartment has Wi-Fi and a lockable bicycle parking space, so that e-bikes can also be parked safely. A parking space in the neighboring parking garage is included for you. In the backyard there is a small bistro table with chairs that can be used in fine weather. Your apartment is located in the charming Norderstraße, one of the most beautiful and lively streets in Flensburg. Here you can feel the maritime flair of the city up close – surrounded by small boutiques, cozy cafés and historic houses. The proximity to the Flensburg harbor makes this location ideal for relaxing walks along the fjord, while the picturesque old town with its alleys and sights invites you to explore – in Norderstraße you are right in the middle of the real Flensburg feeling!
