There are 2 apartments in the half basement, with an entrance to the side of the house and then with each your private entrance. **Open-plan living room and kitchen:** The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and cooking utensils. Everything is there! The ceiling height is 2.6 meters (8.5 feet). ** Master Bedroom:** A large bedroom with a king-size bed, bedding is provided, as well as a double wardrobe. The ceiling height is 2.3 meters (7.5 feet). **Sofa bed in the living room:** The couch in the living room turns into a double bed, with bedding, pillows, and a duvet stored in the couch drawers. The bedding is reserved for guests who rent for multiple people. If you need an extra blanket, you can find it in the hallway closet, right in front of the bathroom! **Bathroom:** The bathroom has been completely renovated recently. In addition, a washer and dryer are available for your laundry. Just bring your own laundry soap.
