The space This corner property has a light and airy ambience quintessential to any beach home. The neighborhood is peaceful and tree-lined. The outside and interior of the home have a true beach vibe. Pacific Beach is just 10 blocks away, and Mission Bay just 3 blocks walking. Enjoy the boardwalk, sunny beaches, and nightlife on the town from this highly central and convenient location. The home has 3 bedrooms and ample closet space, with 4 total beds: 3 queen beds and a living room Sofa Sleeper that pulls out as a Full Bed. The 55" Living Room TV is already logged into Netflix, so guests can enjoy free entertainment compliments of the host. The Amazon Firestick also has other apps if guests want to use their own login. Free high speed Wi-Fi runs through the house. The outdoor back patio is set up with an outdoor table, 8 seats, and a combo grill that has 3 separate chambers for gas grilling, charcoal grilling, and a side smoker if you have the patience to slow cook those ribs to perfection :-) Washer and Dryer are outside on the patio under an enclosed storage built-in (it almost never rains in SD). The kitchen table can comfortably sit 8 people (extra chairs are stored throughout the home). Guest access The home has one parking spot, on the Kendall Street side of the property. The space is on the far left next to several spaces for a multi-unit apartment building behind the home on Kendall Street. The property's parking space is behind a large tree, next to the property trash cans. Other things to note We want you to enjoy your stay but please be respectful of your neighbors.
