The villa is a COLIVING space. A shared living space to meet guests and exchange ideas. On a wooded plot of 1350 m2, you can enjoy the shared common areas, swimming pool, SPA, garden, veranda, outdoor bar, indoor and outdoor kitchen... Ideal if you don't have a car. The space Enjoy the "Kinoo" room, a private space of 12m² combining comfort and seaside decoration. Located on the 2nd floor of Villa Coliver, this room offers an ideal setting to relax and work. Equipped with a large queen size bed (160 x 200), a desk, two dressing rooms and a private balcony, all fully furnished and connected. The bathrooms (separate bathroom and toilet) are shared, you will find all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay, with rigorous maintenance and a friendly atmosphere. The accommodation is a Coliving, everyone has their own private space, you have access to all shared spaces. You can stay in private mode, or share some friendly moments with the other colivers present year-round or passing through like you. We will provide you with many tips to make the most of the intense island.
