Downstairs is a lovely sitting/recreation area with laundry storage and outdoor shower. This is full key turn over vacation rental. Just bring your clothes, swimsuits, and sunscreen and enjoy!! Entire house and property. You can reach us directly for any of your vacation needs or our local caretaker. We will assist you as much or as little as desired! Golf cart is the main mode of transportation on the island! Easy access to all the beaches. We do not provide a golf cart with the home as local laws prohibit home owners from "renting or providing golf carts". Our caretaker, however, will be happy to assist you with a golf cart rental, 4, 6 and 8 seat golf cart rentals available (daily or weekly rates available). We also have three beach bike cruisers at the house! We have city water now!!!! It is drinkable. Rain tanks available as back up in case water goes out (not drinkable) with spare 5 gallon drinking water! It may not seem important but water is everything on island life!
