Well-behaved, house-trained dogs welcome at $35 per pet per stay (limit of 2). Guest access Our guests have the entire townhome to themselves. Your personalized access code will be provided shortly before your arrival and will be active at check-in. Late check-in is okay. We use a LOCKLY Smart Lock. You will have the option to use a personalized code or the LOCKLY app on your smart phone. To use the LOCKLY APP, download it prior to your arrival. Other things to note PET POLICY: • Limit of two pets, dogs only, $35 fee per pet per stay • Only quiet, well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome • Undisclosed pets are subject to a $250 per pet fee. • Pets are not allowed on the furniture. NO EXCEPTIONS. A $250 penalty may be accessed if there is evidence of a pet being on any piece of furniture. • Do not allow your pets to bark excessively • Do not leave your pets unsupervised in the home or yard • If you and your pup(s) visit the beach, please do not enter the house without cleaning the sand and dirt off of yourself and your pets. Shop towels are located in the laundry room cabinet for your convenience. Please do not use the house towels. • Please do not wash your pets in our home. • Please clean up after your pet. Waste bags are located in the pet clean-up station. • Report any accidents so we can address appropriately. Cleaning supplies are available under the kitchen sink. • For the safety of your pets, and ours, please keep them leashed outside the fenced area
