Very large (90sqm), bright, beautiful and luxurious 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Schöneberg with many nice stores, cafes and a huge selection of great restaurants on the doorstep. The apartment looks onto a small square in in the Akazienkiez, which puts you right in the middle of one of the nicest neighborhoods in the city, but still quiet at night. The apartment is a stone's throw away from Kreuzberg and the zoo. You won't want to leave anymore! :-) Guest access The apartment has a premium stereo system with record player, a projector and an espresso machine with automatic coffee grinder. In the kitchen is a dishwasher. Other things to note House Rules: No parties allowed. Our neighbors are our friends and together we pay a lot of attention to the observance of quiet hours. Accordingly, we ask our guests to do the same. Thank you very much! Smoking is not permitted. We ask our guests for a copy of their identity card or passport before the start of their stay.
