Beautiful 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath guest house/ barndominium in peaceful country setting. This cozy home sits on our 30 acres. Our home is located across the driveway. Very large front yard dedicated to the guest house. Bring your furry friend. pets considered (maximum of 2 ) with $50 pet fee. This home has everything you need for a relaxing visit to our area. We are close to multiple wineries, the Katy trail and 15 miles to Purina Farms. Special pricing for weekly or monthly rentals-with contract The space This is a 2 level guest house built as a barndominium. The 1st bedroom, kitchen, laundry and full bath are on the main level. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and 1/2 bath are upstairs. There are no steps to enter the property. The property sits on our 30 acres in the country, yet close to the town of Union. We live across the driveway. I do require guests to be “ identity verified” through Airbnb. We also have another 1 bedroom tiny house Airbnb on our property. Guest access You have full access of the entire guest house and the entire front yard of guest house. No use of the fields, pond, pool or creeks allowed. Other things to note Please note the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are upstairs. 2 pets are allowed with $50 pet fee. Please note I give discounts for longer stays. I have rented to healthcare workers and business travelers in the past. Contract and employment verification required for longer stays.
