Less than one mile to downtown Cortez with plenty of restaurants. Guest access You will only use a common guest hallway entry way to get to your private stay. This hallway can be used to store bicycles safely inside if needed. Other things to note This is an upstairs apartment so there is one flight of stairs to enter. Also this unit is next to a highway and above a motorcycle shop. There will be some noise during the day and slight road noise at night.
