Escape to Seal Rock for a relaxing and fun-filled experience. Seal Rock is in Brinnon where you can enjoy nature at its very best. At 3080 square feet with the first floor wheelchair accessible it includes a large, fully stocked, gourmet kitchen and a more than ample dining room. A large living room with a lovely view of the canal and huge chance of seeing bald eagles and maybe Orcas. Can accommodate up to 10, perfect for multi generational gatherings or celebrations. The space This beautiful property (1.91 acres) backs the Olympic National Forest and offers 135' of low bank waterfront (easy access to the beach) with a boat, and gear; a view of Hood Canal, Dabob Bay, and Mt. Rainier A 5-person jetted spa on the patio; two large water and mountain view decks with an outside table that seats 6-8 people. A fire pit (which is wheelchair accessible) and depending on your length of stay, we offer a bundle or two of wood. Water craft included and available upon request. dual, single and kids kayaks. Life jackets of all sizes too. A gas barbecue for your grilling pleasure is provided. 1 bedroom and restroom located downstairs (wheelchair accessible) 4 bedrooms and restrooms, which includes the master and master bath, are located upstairs. Upstairs you will also find the common/game area. Puzzles and games are located downstairs in the laundry room. Whale and bird watching, snorkel, swim, skin dive from the private beach or take family nature hike. Maybe even catch a glimpse of our neighborhood otter. Low tide provides oyster gathering, and crabbing (seasonal) available in front of our home. When in season, we offer 2 crab traps, and bait. (fishing licence required) Dog friendly home; $95 per dog per stay plus tax for approved dogs. The pet fee is NOT included in the nightly rate. You will need to fill out a pet addendum and agree to our rules before approval. Maximum of two dogs please. Large beautiful open concept home is ready for your vacation enjoyment. Guest access The house is located on a no thru street. One way in and out. Parking available on property - 4-5 CAR MAX - depending on car size, you may fit a car or two right off Seal Rock in front of the house. Please do not block the neighbors parking area and abide by their posted sign For our guests that like to walk on a long beach you can go to the end of Seal Rock Road and go beyond the dead end marker there is a nature trail to Seal Rock State Park. At appropriate tides it is a good place to walk on a long beach. Other things to note Prior to accepting a booking we will send you, via email, our Rules and Policies contract for you to look over. Any questions or concerns, we will gladly go over with you. We would like everyone to be courteous to our neighbors with low noise levels especially between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. We want everyone to understand that we own 135' of low bank waterfront and have marked our boundaries with orange markers. Our guests are not permitted to trespass onto our neighbors tide-lands.
