The space About Our Villa: BaanVilla is a 2-story villa with a spacious 350 square meter living area. There are parking spaces for 2 cars and a garden at the entrance of our villa. Thanks to its high location, it provides natural coolness with low humidity. Ground Floor: When you go up to the ground floor, you will be greeted by a large patio, a private swimming pool (36 square meters) and a swing with a view. In addition, there are 6 sun loungers and a seating area in the sunbathing area. Inside the ground floor: Living room: 75" TV, fireplace and sofa set, foosball table Kitchen: Dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, coffee machine and cooking utensils. Dining Table. 1 Shared Bathroom and WC. 1 Double Bedroom: Has a private bathroom. Upper Floor: When you go up the wooden stairs: 1 Shared Large Bathroom, WC and Washing Machine. 2 Double Bedrooms: Private shower cabin in one room, wardrobe with hangers in each room. 1 Large Bedroom: 2 single beds, access to the activity garden from this room. 1 Activity Garden: Yoga swing, children's swing, punching bag and basketball hoop on artificial turf. Large Terrace: The large terrace, where you can watch the sunset, sea, islands and mountains, has a jacuzzi, air hammock, 2 sun loungers and a flower pool. Each room has a window, mosquito net and air conditioning. In the garden, there is a suite room with a double bed, kitchen and bathroom. Extra Services: If our guests wish, they can have breakfast with natural village products in wooden mansions under the cedar tree in Sedir Cafe (350 TL per person). Alternatively, there is a breakfast option of 350 TL per person at the Likya Restaurant or breakfast service to the villa. Transportation and Location: You can reach our villa in two different ways: Fethiye-Seydikemer Road: Navigation prefers this road, 80 km of the 90 km road is straight, the last 10 km is uphill and curvy towards the summit. The arrival time is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. Fethiye-Ovacık-Ölüdeniz-Faralya-Kirme-Karaağaç Road: 20 km of the 30 km road is smooth, the last 10 km is uphill and winding, it is recommended to come during the day. Average arrival time is 45-50 minutes. Our villa is at the top, sometimes in line with the clouds, and offers uninterrupted sea and forest views. It is ideally located on the Lycian Way for nature walks and nature lovers. When you walk 300 meters from our villa, you can see the Butterfly Valley. Our villa, which offers a perfect environment for those who love silence and peace, is a place where you can photograph the most beautiful sunsets and the most beautiful states of the moon and stars at night. There are no entertainment venues around our villa, which is located at the junction of the Aegean and Mediterranean. Other things to note Our Recommendations to Our Guests: Our villa is 30 km away from the city center and there are no large markets in the immediate vicinity. Therefore, we recommend that our guests bring their food and drinks with them. There are two options for shopping: one is 20 minutes away and the other is 40 minutes away. We would like to point out that the roads are narrow, winding and forest roads are uphill for our guests coming from the direction of Ölüdeniz. We recommend our guests who do not want to come this way to choose the Fethiye-Kaş road, which takes 30 minutes longer but is more comfortable.
