The space The apartment occupies spaces once used for the property's agricultural activities and has been restored with the aim of preserving its authentic character while integrating modern comforts. Many original features have been preserved, including the historic ceilings, the living room floor, and the open fireplace, which tell the long story of the place. The particularly thick stone walls help keep the rooms pleasantly cool during the summer. The property is still a place that is inhabited and lived in today. As in any historic residence, voices, footsteps and other sounds of daily life are part of the authentic atmosphere that characterizes the estate. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance, accessible via an external staircase. The last stretch of the route runs along a short dirt road on the property, typical of the access roads to the rural buildings of the Venetian Villas and easily accessible with a normal car. Guests have the entire apartment, the private terrace with dining area, and a small relaxation area in the Vigneto del Prete at their disposal, both located in the property's historic rural courtyard. The apartment overlooks one of the villa's historic porticoes, where there is a dining area and a sitting area with a sofa and armchairs. The porch is part of the villa's life and is shared with the owner's family; its availability can vary based on family needs and the activities that take place there.
