As one of the towns in the crystal coast you are minutes from Atlantic Beach, Morehead City, and Emerald Island. Visitors enjoy Fort Macon State Park, the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and the Country Club of the Crystal Coast. Come visit us for your next getaway. The space A few steps out of the front entry brings you right to the sand. The entire home is available for your enjoyment, including a covered patio for outside dining and an upstairs balcony with ocean view. This house is newly remodeled and has a fabulous well stocked kitchen. We provide a comfortable, cozy and clean space to enjoy your time away. Perfect location for a family vacation, girls weekend or a guys fishing trip. Guest access Guests have access to the community pool and residential beach. Fishing is permitted on our beach but may require a current license. Visitors may enjoy mingling with neighbors by the pool deck, enjoying cocktails from a bench overlooking the ocean or catching the sunset as they stroll along the sand. We provide beach chairs, pool floats, sand toys and sun umbrellas for your convenience. Other things to note Renters must be at least 25 years of age. No more than 6 individuals are allowed in this condo. Beach towels will be available but if used they are expected to be washed and clean for our next guests.
