The space This lower-level rental unit faces the bay with sweeping views. There are two double bedrooms with wonderful bay-views over the water and two back rooms with beds. Fully renovated, with new hardwood floors, high-efficiency AC and heating, and modern Scandic aesthetic. Plenty of indoor hangout space with three large sofas, 70-inch mounted TV and WIFI. Board-games provided for family games night. A modern bathroom with shower and a dine-in kitchen tops off the experience. Kids and adults will enjoy the year-round space, with a private beach, patio & modern pergola. Amazing outdoor facilities with large terraces equipped with modern chaise-lounges, Adirondack chairs and outdoor dining areas. This feels very much like a private resort. Kayaks are provided for the adventurous. From this property you can fish, go crabbing, and hunt for shark teeth. This property is located in Lusby - in a quiet residential area. Plenty of fun day trips and excursions – including golf, fishing, sailing and vineyards, Flag Point Nature Park & Calvert Cliffs. Solomon’s Island 10 minutes’ drive away, is not to be missed with many nice restaurants, a Tiki-Bar and classic ice-cream parlors. Guest access Guests have access to the entire lower level of this property and entire outdoor surrounding yard and private beach. Other things to note This is a low-key private and quiet residential area. This is a property for a quiet and relaxing trip. This is not a property for parties or events. A few important points: • Maximum of six people, unless otherwise agreed. No additional visitors or guests allowed at the property. • This is a private residential area, no parties or events. The focus is on relaxation and a peaceful break. • NO pets allowed under any circumstances. Pets pose a health threat to the hosting family. Host is fully exempt from hosting any dogs/cats on medical grounds (and in line with Airbnb policy). Anyone arriving at property with a dog/cat will be asked to leave immediately. • No smoking or vaping inside or outside of the property of any kind. • This property is offered as a private rental. Upper unit will not be occupied during your stay. • This property is in the critical care zone of MD. Basic care is required in use and maintenance of water, drains, toilets and garbage disposal. • Monitored external security cameras to front and rear of property. • Beach is not supervised by life guard. Take water safety precautions and supervise children at all times. Weather can change suddenly. If you choose to swim in the water/ocean, you do so at your own risk. • This property has an unfenced bulk head on the waterfront. Please be careful as there is a 5-6 ft drop. • Naval Air Station is across the bay and sometimes there will be noise disruption. More often there are amazing aircraft spotting opportunities. • We have 6 kayaks for adults and children. Please use life vests provided and practice water safety. Please note that a waiver has to be signed in order to use the kayaks. * Please make sure not to leave anything on the beach unattended (kayaks, paddles, toys, towels etc. as the tide / wind will take it away quickly.
