‘The Tree House’ is located in the beautiful village of Cherry Burton with off street parking, just 3 miles from Beverley. Luxury accommodation in the Yorkshire Wolds, ideal for walkers or cyclists, located directly on the popular Route 66. At The Tree House you will find beautiful fresh decor, fast wifi, music on demand, Smart Tv, state of the art kitchen, shower room/toilet/dressing room. A patio area enjoys outdoor seating, overlooking a large landscaped garden with views down the village. The space State of the art yet cosy, warm, modern & spacious interior for you to unwind and relax, sleeping for up to 4 people in the way of a double bed on the upper mezzanine (reduced headroom & tall steps), and a double sofa bed on the ground floor. A self contained dressing room and shower room provide both sanitary/showering and wardrobe storage, is also equipped with a washer dryer. A fully functioning state of the art kitchen with coffee machine, microwave and eye level oven, downdraught induction hob/extractor, fridge freezer and even a Quooker instant boiling water tap (no kettle!), with chilled drinking water. Dining for 4. Music on demand just 'ask Alexa' Smart tv with Netflix/Amazon Prime, outdoor seating with garden views. Guest access Guests will have sole use of The Tree House and garden to the front. For access guests will use a private path from the off street parking area at the side of the main house. Also through the side gate there is an area where guests can leave their bikes securely. The entrance area is covered with CCTV smart cameras for added security. Other things to note The property is Non Smoking, & Strictly No Animals. There is an outside tap/hose for washing off boots and benefits from the use of an off street electric car charging point (payable separately please ask for availability) We have a pub in the village 'The Bay Horse' which is in easy walking distance, and also serve food, or if you're after something special, then the Michelin stared 'Pipe & Glass' 3 miles away in South Dalton is a great choice. Walking into the historic town of Beverley can be done either on the popular Hudson Way, a disused railway, or via a footpath (cycle track) by the main road.
