Located at the end of Seaview Avenue in West Mersea Holiday Park, a stones throw from West Mersea Beach. A spacious and comfortable holiday villa, in a quiet holiday park, sleeps 4-6 persons. A larger double bedroom, smaller twin room, and a sofa bed. Features its own garden area, BBQ, shower and toilet facilities, with dedicated parking. Located right next to the waterfront in an ideal position to spend days on the beach, explore Mersea, and head out to the local restaurants, cafes, and pubs. The space The Lighthouse Retreat is a luxury holiday villa, with a spacious and light open plan living room, dining and kitchen area. With comfortable sofas throughout the living room, and a pull out sofa bed to cater for an additional two guests. Large TV, fast WIFI, and central heating. The main bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe, small side tables and a mirror. The second bedroom has two single beds, which guests are welcome to move together if required, and a small wardrobe. Extra bedding available. The main bathroom features a large shower, basin, and toilet facilities. Soaps and shampoo available. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge freezer, and all essential cutlery, pots, pans, and utensils for self catering. Kettle, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities. The surrounding garden area includes a BBQ for your use and garden furniture. Guest access You have full access to the holiday villa and the private grass and BBQ area surrounding the accomodation. Dedicated free parking space is also located next to the Lighthouse Retreat. Other things to note As a guest to the Lighthouse Retreat you have access to West Mersea Holiday parks Sandbanks clubhouse and restaurant facilities. Sandbanks is also located right on West Mersea beach.
