IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: - Being an elevated home capturing amazing views, means the property has a steep driveway, common to many homes in the area. - The underside of the house is a separate storage area not part of the rental. Guest access - You can use all the house, BBQ and terrace exclusively and privately. - We do not provide beach towels so guests have to bring their own. Other things to note: During your stay we can provide extra cleaning or linen change. We will need at least 24 hours notice, please enquire for pricing. Check in For personal check ins please ensure to have your id, and it needs to match the name on the booking. Check ins are from 3pm. There is strictly NO PARTIES or EVENTS to be held at the house . No refund will be given on the stay if building and booking rules are violated. We do not accept third party bookings. The person checking in must be the person who has made the booking. *If you are a corporate or insurance booking, contact us in advance to make the arrangements for a third party booking. We provide one time essentials for your stay to get you started, this includes: -One towel per person -Hand towel -Bathroom mat -Bathroom essentials set.
