There is one full bathroom and one powder room in the apartment. As for the bedrooms, we have one master bedroom and one enclosed room, which is currently locked and unavailable. If you are going to the second floor, please be aware of the stairs for elders and children. The masterroom and full bath is at the 2nd floor. There is short stair leading to the 2nd floor. Location The unit is just right across from the elevator. The location is very convenient, especially if you have a lot of stuff to carry. Its very high almost on the 40th floor. Stairs Be mindful of the stairs for kids and elderly. The unit owner is not liable for any accidents Electrical Auto Switch Off During power grid adjustment in the building or if there is a strong rain or thunder, the power supply on the first or second floor is auto shutdown. This is a feature of the unit's electrical design. During this event, just contact the lobby to have an assistance to switch ON the plug in the fuse box found in the sink area, upper cabinet above the drainer. Unit owner will visit the next day if issue is not resolved. Party/Gathering Any party or gathering of more than the number or booked guest is not allowed unless a permisson was given by the unit owner. Only the booked number of guest is expected to be in the unit.
