Resort Living: One Bedroom Ocean Front Condo

This is a cozy, beach front, one bedroom, 2nd floor condo located in the Bridgewater Resort at Litchfield By The Sea. It has a king bed, Murphy bed, sofa bed, & 1 1/2 bathrooms. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony and steps from the beach. There is a pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, hot tub, and indoor pool at Bridgewater and walk/bike paths, tennis Courts, Starbucks, and an Ice cream shop at the resort. Great golf courses, shopping, and restaurants within a couple of miles. The space Our condo is on the second floor of a five story condo building. It has daily linen service. The condo itself is a 500 sq foot unit with a king size bed in bedroom. In the living room there is a Murphy bed and pull out sofa bed. The bedroom and living room is separated by a small kitchen and bathrooms. Floor plan is shown in pics. Only difference is the pic shown is of a one bath unit where ours is 1 1/2 baths.
