The space This is a townhouse in the Village of Wisp. The space has been completely renovated with modern cozy finishes + AIR CONDITIONING and heat through a mini-split system. The house is a 5 minute walk to the lake access point. You can also Walk directly across the street from the house to ski on access to Down Under Trail. ROOM #1: Full Bunk Beds ROOM #2: Queen Bed ROOM #3: Queen Bed When entering the house, you'll walk into an inviting downstairs space that holds one of three bedrooms with full bunkbeds, a spacious downstairs bathroom, and laundry room. The bedroom has AC and heat through the mini-split unit. On the main level, you'll have a renovated kitchen with a Keurig coffee bar, toaster, and fully stocked kitchen. The main level has an open concept kitchen that leads into the living room which is equipped with LA-Z- boy couches and a 65 inch smart TV. This level also has a mini-split unit for AC and heat. Open the door in the living room to access the patio deck and walk out to the spacious HOT TUB and new GRILL! Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are updated with contemporary finishes and furniture including a mini-split system in each bedroom. Guest access The home is a 100% keyless! We will provide your unique access code prior to arrival. You will have complete privacy while you occupy the townhouse. Other things to note PROVIDED: - 1 Paper Towel - 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom - Dish Washer Detergent - Hand Soap - Dish Soap - Hair Dryer LAKE ACCESS: The townhouse is part of the Village of Wisp, which includes lake access a short walk from the townhouse. The dock can be used by community members to access a boat. SKI ACCESS: Across the street you can walk down a small hill and through a short path on to the Wisp Down Under Trail. SAFETY: The community has quiet hours that start at 11PM. There is a camera in the back of the house + on the Arlo doorbell in the front. There are hard wire smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher found next to the coffee nook. No smoking or pets are allowed in the home. AC/HEAT: There are 4 mini-split units in the house including the downstairs bedroom, living room, and both upstairs bedrooms. There are 4 remotes found next to each respective mini-split unit to control the temperature. If you don't like any light while you sleep, you can turn off the light on the mini split unit by selecting "light off" on the remote. For more instructions, access the guest book. The mini-split units are used for both AC and heat. Note that the mini-split systems must be on heat or A/C just like a singular thermostat in a house. You're unable to have heat blowing from one mini-split unit and A/C blowing from another simaltaneously. There are also baseboard heaters in each bathroom for additional heat in the winter. Please access the dials next to the mirrors in each bathroom to adjust the heat. We ask when you leave to turn off all mini-split units and baseboard heaters in the bathroom as well as return the mini-split remotes to the holders on the wall. PARKING: There is no assigned parking so feel free to park wherever you see an open spot. During the winter, the neighborhood is plowed. SUPPLIES: Cleaning supplies for the house and grill are underneath the sink. You can also find a broom, mop, and vacuum in the closet a the bottom of the ground level stairs. CHECK OUT: Check out is at 10AM. Upon checking out please ensure the following: - Dishes in dishwasher and start cycle - Hot tub cover is on - Grill is off and covered - Lights/mini-split units/baseboard heaters are off - Mini-split remote controls returned to wall holder - Throw away all opened food - Bed sheets and towels piled on bedroom floor - Lock and close back door, windows, and front door - Take out trash (dumpster on lefthand side as you drive down road) Please message us during your stay if you have additional questions!
