Located one block from the beach and three blocks from the Kure Beach Pier. Carolina Beach and Fort Fisher are just a few miles in either direction. The space Aside from the convenience of being just steps away from the beach and all the restaurants that Kure Beach has to offer, my favorite thing about this home is the beautiful live oak tree in the front yard. After a day spent in the sun and salt water, there's nothing better than coming back to the covered porch and watching the sunset through its branches. The home boasts an open concept kitchen/dining room/living room and provides all the creature comforts needed to enjoy a home away from home. The kitchen has every appliance you need to cook at home if you choose (instapot, air fryer, toaster oven, grill) as well as a fully stocked laundry room with all the essentials. There are two properties on this lot. 1. A 3 bed/2bath cottage - 6 Person (this listing) 2. 1 bedroom+loft cottage that sits behind this listing - 4 person Each cottage has separate entrances and a separate yard (this home has a PARTIALLY fenced in backyard). There are two driveways in front of this house. The longer driveway to the left of the house is reserved for this listing. The shorter driveway on the right is for the back cottage. The private walkway to the one bedroom cottage's entrance is accessible from the right side of the driveway and wraps around the side of this house. The proximity of the two AirBnBs is very similar to the proximity of the neighboring houses. The entire house is available to guests. There are two separate storage rooms below the house that are off limits. Guests will have access to the left side of the driveway, which allows for 3-4 vehicles. Kure Beach is small enough to get around on foot but we recommend renting a golf cart or car if you want to explore everything else the island has to offer. The neighborhood is also very bike friendly. Pet friendly with no size or breed restrictions (We are proudly pitbull friendly!!).
