Lovely Lower Level 2 Bedroom Suite - Dog Friendly

This cozy 2-bedroom basement apartment, featuring queen beds, is centrally located in King George—just 30 mins to Fredericksburg, 15 mins to Colonial Beach, and a short drive to Dahlgren. Off Rt. 301, it's ideal for both short and extended stays. It has a private entrance, outdoor area with a fire pit and gas grill. Dogs are welcome with a small cleaning fee (see details). The space We have dogs. We want to let our guests know that before we tell you anything else about our lovely space. Sometimes you will hear them bark outside or enter the home. We want our guests to have quiet and comfort but it's important for you to know that you may hear them occasionally. The apartment provides a main living space, kitchenette, and full size laundry room with supplies. The bedroom has a TV with premium channels, ceiling fans and a sleep sound machine. Extra blankets, pillows and towels as well as toiletries are provided in the bedroom. The bathroom is stocked with bath salts and bubble bath. The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster oven, a water cooler, and a coffee/tea bar that is fully stocked with snacks and breakfast items, plates, cups and cutlery and other items for meal preparation. Sodas and additional filtered water are in the fridge. A Harmon Kardon Onyx bluetooth speaker is set up in the living room. The backyard has a gas grill, table and chairs for outdoor dining and seating area around a fire pit. Wifi is available and accessible throughout the apartment. Guest access The apartment has a private keyed entrance. Guests have the entire basement apartment to themselves as well as a private outdoor space with seating and a fire pit and a gas grill. This area is not shared with anyone else. It is your own private oasis. Other things to note Babies up to one year old are FREE and we can even provide a Pack-n-play crib upon request. If you have older children, the apartment is available to rent as a two bedroom. (see listing for details.) We LOVE dogs and welcome a stay with them but we need to do a more thorough cleaning after their stay. We charge a $25 pet fee per visit NOT per day, to cover the additional time involved in cleaning. PLEASE make sure that you pay the additional fee if you plan on bringing your pup. FYI, WE DO NOT REQUIRE A CLEANING FEE FOR SERVICE DOGS. However, we do require a letter or card of certification. ***DOGS MUST NOT BE LEFT ALONE IN THE APARTMENT***
