Beautiful apartment with open sky and magnificent Sunset view on the green hills of Cannes. With a glimpse towards the sea. Ultra private and luxurious olive tree parc with a guardian. It also has a swimming pool, a ping pong table and a tennis court. Enough visitor places are available to park inside the residence. High speed wifi, a washing machine, a kitchenette, and a spacious bathroom. Please note: No Air Conditioning in this apartment. The space The Parc has a guardian and camera's in the garden, and the whole property is very secure too. Please note that this property is not in the old town of Antibes : by car 5 to 10 mins apx. We accepts pets The appartment is located at the Roi Soleil neighborhood. You'll have a small grocery store and a nice bakery in this neighborhood. Otherwise you'll be 5 mins (by drive) to the big Carrefour Store (2nd biggest supermarket in France). Guest access You will have access to the garden, pool (in summer time open), tennis court and access to park your car. Other things to note Animals are allowed with conditions: Well behaved (not chewing on furniture, not allowed on furniture and keep them clean when entering the appartment please).
