The prior owners made many modern upgrades and you will stay cozy with lovely heating options and unlimited on demand hot water from tankless water heater. I try to maintain the character as best possible and have left in place some of the charming signage from the prominent Newport Attorney/Judge who resided here for at least the past 20 years. Guests have full use of home/will only be occupied by you and your guests during your stay. There are just a few small areas used for storage of owner's personal items which are easy to identify. You will have plenty of closet space and room to roam. Always available by text or call with any questions, suggestions, or assistance 😊 Charming lakeside neighborhood with many historic homes. Easy walk to downtown, shopping, dining, and lakefront walking paths. Canada is just a short 6 mile drive for sightseeing and exploration. Easy stroll down 2nd Street to the waterfront walking/biking path along the picturesque shores of Lake Memphremagog, just beyond Main Street. Wooden shutters in the windows are for privacy. Please feel free to take them down during your stay if you like, and kindly replace upon departure. Please tie regular trash bags and place in the large can in garage before departure if possible.
