The Houses The main house has 5 bedrooms (King Master Suite, and 4 Bedrooms with a Queen bed in each), and three full bathrooms. The house is two stories with four levels. This house is “Accessible” with a ramp to the main entry. The living area has a kitchen nook with seating for 8, couch and chairs, fireplace, and a 75” TV. The game room has an indoor ping pong table, magnetic dart game for your enjoyment. The Grounds Pool is gated, and is heated by a solar panel. Temperatures will vary based on the season. No diving, adult-unsupervised minor swimming allowed, no food or glass please. Swim at your own risk. There is a short Bocce Ball court on the left side of the house and a horse shoe set up for some light hearted competitive fun. There is no AC...most homes on the Central Coast do not have them because the weather averages 70 degrees year round. It's what makes this area so desirable. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Our house is located... *4.5 miles from the charming Historic Village of Arroyo Grande (boutique shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream, wine tasting, and the famous Swinging Bridge) *7 miles to Pismo State Beach drive-on beach. The only stretch of coastline in Central California where cars are allowed to drive on. 4 Wheel Drive vehicles strongly recommended!! *7 miles to Pismo Beach (restaurants, seafood, pier, beach, shopping, bowling, billiard room, clam chowder, monarch butterflies, rooftop bar) *15 miles to Avila Beach (wine tasting, pier, beach, shopping, concerts, electric bikes, Bob Jones walking/biking path) *13 miles to Lopez Lake (boating, swimming, fishing, recreation area) *20 miles to San Luis Obispo (shopping, hundreds of wineries, restaurants, pubs, boutiques, art, plays, Madonna Inn, Cal Poly) *30 miles to Montana de Oro State Park *61 miles to Hearst Castle You do not need to go very far to have the most amazing experience on the Central Coast! Guest access You will have access to the entire house with the exception of locked closets, garage, and some cabinets that will be clearly locked. Armoires and other spaces are available for you to use for your clothing and personal belongings. We are available any time to assist you and are happy to so please do not hesitate to call if you should need something or have questions about anything on the property. Other things to note There is absolutely NO FIREWORKS of any kind allowed on the property. Fireworks are illegal at all times outside the city limits which is where we are located. Please understand that Californians have suffered many disastrous fires and suffered enormous losses. It is currently peak fire season...Anyone with fireworks will be asked to leave the property and will not be allowed to return. You may also be subject to fines and/or charges from sheriffs department if found to have fireworks. Again, NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED! We appreciate your cooperation!
