Enjoy a 160 m² space tastefully decorated, 2300 m² of land with 10 x 5 m salt pool, ping pong table, petanque court, trampoline, slide and games for children. 2 beautiful furnished terraces + a shaded area for dining in the shade of a beautiful magnolia The interior has a 95 m2 living room with quality equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 with a 200 x 200 bed, 1 with a 160 x 200 bed, and 1 with a 140 x 200 bed), 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Garage available. The space The accommodation is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, American fridge, toaster, coffee machine with Nespresso pods, dishwasher, TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi (fiber), board games. A treadmill and a game table (teenage format: billiards, etc.) are at your disposal (in the living room). As well as a rower available in the garage. To facilitate your arrival, you will find welcome products: tea, coffee, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, garbage bags and toilet paper. Beds are made for your arrival. Bath towels and blankets are at your disposal. You will also find freely accessible child and adult size bicycles (including 1 with child seat). Baby/child equipment (1 high chair and 1 umbrella bed) is available in the garage (I would thank you for bringing a mattress protector + a fitted sheet in 140 x 70 because I do not have one :) Guest access The house also has another independently rented apartment. Each listing has its own entrance via a common hall SAS and there is no face-to-face between the two listings. The 2300 m² outdoor space (garden, terraces, outdoor games) and the pool are accessible to both accommodations, for your comfort, please use the pool during these hours: between 8:30 am and 9 pm. You may come across the gardener or housekeeper (and her children) during rotations, or when she comes to maintain the garden. She is discreet and never enters your accommodation during your stay. : No rental for groups from early July to late August. For the rest of the year: please contact me, the price is different depending on the number. Other things to note The washing machine is accessible for guests remaining at least 7 nights, on time slots that we set together upon your arrival. The pool is accessible from the end of April to the end of September. (See more when the weather is right :) We clean after each stay, but we ask that you leave the accommodation tidy and the kitchen clean. You may also meet me or the housekeeper during the rotations of the other accommodation.( we will not come into your accommodation during your stay). Please contact me when you want to have an event (bachelor party, bachelorette party, birthday, baptism) in order to give you an agreement before making a reservation. In any case, I do not rent for weddings or civil unions. (Please note that the rate is a little higher during events due to the number of people you are, even if they only come during the day).
