Cozy accommodation with pool 35 minutes from Lyon

Come and enjoy a tastefully decorated 160 m2 space, 2300 m² of land with 10x5 m salt pool, ping pong table, petanque court, trampoline, slide and games for children. 2 pretty furnished terraces + a shaded area to eat in the shade of a pretty magnolia The interior has a 95 m2 living room with quality equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 with a 200 x 200 bed, 1 with a 160 x 200 bed, and 1 with a 140 x 200 bed), 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Garage available. The space The accommodation is fully equipped: induction plate, oven, American fridge, toaster, coffee machine with Nespresso pods, dishwasher, TV with Netflix wifi (fiber), board games. A treadmill and a game table (teenage format: pool, etc.) are at your disposal (in the living room). As well as a rower available in the garage. To facilitate your installation, you will find welcome products upon arrival: tea, coffee, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, garbage bags and toilet paper. The beds are made for your arrival. Bath towels and blankets are at your disposal. You will also find free access to children's and adult size bikes ( including 1 with child seat). Baby/child amenities (1 high chair and 1 umbrella bed) are available in the garage ( I will thank you for bringing a mattress pad + a 140x70 fitted sheet because I don't have one:) Guest access The house also has another independently rented apartment. Each home has its own entrance via a common hall AIRLOCK and there is no opposite between the two homes. The outdoor space of 2300m² (garden, terraces, outdoor games) and the swimming pool are accessible to the 2 accommodations, for your comfort to all, please use the swimming pool during these hours: between 8:30 am and 9pm. You may meet the gardener or housekeeper (and her children) during rotations, or when she comes to maintain the garden. She is discreet and never accesses your home during your stay. :No rentals for groups from early July to late August. For the rest of the year: please contact me, the rate is different depending on the number. Other things to note The washing machine is accessible for guests remaining at least 7 nights, on time slots that we set together upon your arrival. The pool is accessible from April to the end of September. (See longer when the weather lends itself:) We do the cleaning after each stay, however we ask you to leave the accommodation tidy and the kitchen clean. You may also meet me or the housekeeper during the rotations of the other accommodation.( we will not come into your accommodation during your stay). Please contact me when you want to do an event (evg,evj, birthday,baptism) in order to give you an agreement before making a reservation , in any case I do not rent for weddings or for pacs .( be aware that the rate is a little higher at events because of the number of people you are, even if those only come during the day).
