This house offers a unique, independent space with a private 130m² garden, next to Hotel Santa Caterina. The property includes: Main building: bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom with hydro-massage. Features an original fireplace (plus electric), TVs in living room and bedroom, and heating throughout. Hut (2nd bedroom - available when booked for 2 guests): basin, toilet, and electric radiator. Shower or hot water available on the main building; main bathroom is fully equipped for use. The space The entrance is on Via G. Gigli, with a private gate and garden. A shaded patio features a table with benches and a ceiling fan with light. In the garden, there is also a table with an umbrella on the lawn. The house opens directly onto the veranda. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with glasses, cookware, oven, five-burner stove, dishwasher, and fridge. 1st bedroom: double bed with sliding glass doors, TV, wall-mounted hot air heating with remote control, wardrobe, and ceiling fan. Cotton sheets and towels are provided by the host. Bathroom: modern, with shower cabin and hydromassage, plus an external window. 2nd place to sleep : located in the hut, with a single bed, wc, and electric radiator and a fan . The living room opens onto the veranda, perfect for enjoying breakfast or lunch outdoors while admiring the Tuscan hills. Siena is a fascinating city that transports you to another age. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the main house, the hut (second bedroom, available only when 2 guest Booking) just with a bed, toilet and basin. The kitchen and bathroom in the main building are fully available for use. Parking is available nearby. Some spaces for free, otherwise close to Porta Romana with ticket. Electric cars are exonerated. Other things to note In the house, you will find containers for recycling: Green: plastic, glass, aluminum Red: general waste White lid: paper (under the sink) Blue: small container in the sink for organic waste On the street, the nearest recycling bins are located about 30m to the right of the house. Please note: the fireplace is ornamental only and cannot be used. In the 2nd bedroom (hut), there is a WC and a washbasin with cold water only. The hut has an electric radiator.
