The villa has several accommodation options: a small house built with recycled wood in the garden of the B&B, and spacious rooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. Accommodations include rooms with double and single beds, some with a private bathroom and others with a shared bathroom. Italian breakfast is included in the price, while the kitchen is only available upon request. Guests can enjoy free parking and Wi-Fi, and for an additional cost of €5 per day, air conditioning is available. For adventure lovers, the villa offers e-bike rental and organizes local excursions. This enchanting place, with its typical warm and relaxed climate of country houses, promises to leave anyone who visits it speechless. The space The villa offers a warm, welcoming environment, typical of country houses, surrounded by greenery, ideal for moments of relaxation, intimacy and leisure. The rooms are equipped with double and single beds and a private bathroom, and are furnished with every comfort, a desk, a wardrobe, air conditioning, and central heating. Linen change is weekly. The large rooms of the "Papaveri" and "Angeli" are particularly quiet and bright, accessible via a convenient internal staircase made of chestnut wood. In addition, the villa offers a large private parking lot and free Wi-Fi, ensuring comfort and connection during your stay. Breakfast, included in the room rate, is Italian-style, with pastries, cookies, homemade jams, seasonal fruit, and local produce. Guest access Guests have access to several areas of the villa, including "the porch," a rustic and bright room typical of Romagna houses, closed with windows and heated during the winter in which sofas are available for relaxation, a refrigerator, a microwave to heat precooked food, a kettle, an espresso machine and a toaster. The Italian breakfast, which includes homemade pastries, biscuits, toast, etc., is included in the price. The breakfast time is to be determined at the time of check-in. Outside, a part of the garden is dedicated to guests, equipped with furniture for relaxation and deck chairs. You can also enjoy a beautiful view. Guests can also use the shower in the garden, with hot water. Wi-Fi and private parking are free, with enough space for numerous cars and vans. An equipped outdoor kitchen can be used only during the summer. Its use must be agreed upon at the time of booking and involves an extra fee and a deposit for final cleaning, if necessary. Living in the same house on the ground floor, we are present during check-in and check-out, always ready to meet your every need. It is a perfect base for visiting the beaches of the Adriatic Riviera, Cesenatico, Cervia, Rimini, Riccione, the Amusement Park of Mirabilandia, and the cities of art such as Ravenna, San Marino, Rome, Florence and Venice. The villa is particularly suitable for families with children, thanks to the large spaces and the safe garden away from the street, where the little ones can play without danger. In addition to Lucio and Raffaella, Joda and Ragù’our two cats, affectionate and discreet, who love to be pampered and caressed. For cycling tourism enthusiasts, we offer the possibility of renting E-BIKES directly at the property, complete with helmet, protective gear, and insurance. You can also participate in guided tours to discover our hills, plains and the sea, even for those who are not an experienced cyclist. We recommend arriving by your own means, as the bus stop is more than 3 km away. If needed, we offer a shuttle service for a fee.
