Unobstructed water view, a 1 block walk to Huot's restaurant & bar, the neighborhood beach, and a buzzing marina with wave runners and sailing trips are at your disposal. Old Orchard Beach & solid restaurant options are within 5-10 min drive. The space UPDATE FALL '22: Winterization is complete! 2 unit mini-split heating system & electric fireplace are installed. The cottage is toasty and decorated for the holidays. In the Spring of '22, we renovated & designed this cottage to accommodate our family, friends, remote work lifestyle and love of hanging outside by the beach. All furniture, appliances, fixtures, and proper cocktail glassware are brand new. Indoor dining room & kitchen bar double as game tables and generous remote workstations. But the outdoor space is what makes this house truly special: the uniquely deep yard with oversized dining table & umbrella, cozy conversation space, outdoor shower, and gorgeous 50 foot pine tree create the perfect balance of privacy and classic Maine beachfront vibe. Guest access Guests can access the entire cottage and side yard. Room for 2 cars in front of the house. Other things to note The house has 2 queen beds, one in the bedroom and another in the brand new West Elm upgraded (very comfy!) pullout.
