The space The Vyapa farm contains 3 houses and is totally private and independent. It is distributed as follows: HOUSE 1 One suite and two bedrooms (all with a portable fan) with a double bed each. We provide 3 single mats for extra guests. A social bathroom with a hot water shower, and a toilet. 100% equipped kitchen, including microwave oven and fondue. Living room with TV, dining table and fireplace. Heated pool with solar panel, barbecue and pizza oven. HOUSE 2 Game room with pool table. HOUSE 3 Dollhouse for children (no furniture) Other things to note We offer bed linen for an additional value of 250 reais that are charged after confirming the reservation. — People who are not registered as guests do not allow access. — The tub is not operational. — We use solar paneis as sustainable energy for pool heating. For this very reason, the level of heating depends on the weather. - We request to report any inconvenience that may occur during your stay at the same time in order to be able to resolve it as soon as possible. — We have an additional fee of 100 reais per pet. Reinforcing that this value does not cover extra cleaning or pet damage. PLEASE NOTE: If you have any items damaged at the time of your arrival, we request that it be reported during the first 24 hours of your stay. Any damage caused by misuse during your stay will be charged additionally. Admission for guests to use the space during the day is $50 per person. Please confirm the number of guests you will have in the reservation before booking. The amount of the Booking depends on the number of registered guests.
