Only 12 mins to the popular Guavate culinary "pork highway", and just 25-30 min drive to San Juan area, beaches and airport. The space The property includes one large comfortable master bedroom (king bed) with a/c and a huge bathroom which includes remodeled waterfall style shower, from which you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view. There are 2 big balconies with stunning views, one in the living room, bar and kitchen level, and the other across from the master bedroom upstairs. On the opposite wing, an upstairs hallway includes 2 cozy small bedrooms with a/c, one with a full size bed, the other room with bunk beds, and one full bathroom next to both rooms. Another small room with full sized bed and air conditioning is located downstairs in the entrance level of the house and right next to a full bathroom. It has a large living room area with new large screen TV and sound system, and a large cool lounge-office like space with amazing panoramic view. Both living room and lounge-office areas include comfortable sofa-beds with fans for additional guest capacity, in addition to a queen sized inflatable mattress to place where needed. Has a very large full open kitchen with plenty of windows and surrounding outdoor views, a new very nice dinning table and a nice bar area between the kitchen and living room. Overall, the property offers 4 bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms, with a 6 to 8 person capacity in the rooms, or 8 to 10 capacity when including the living room and lounge sofa beds and extra queen inflatable mattress. Backyard has a pool table, 2 hammocks, barbecue, ping pong table, domino table, dart board, and an above surface large 12 by 22ft pool located in an elevated rustic deck area with panoramic views. 👌 Guest access You'll have the entire property which includes villa style mansion and huge backyard areas with panoramic views! Pool table, barbecue, basketball, domino table, and rustic pool deck with on surface pool with an awesome view. Nice to walk the yard area, and there's a cool sitting area under a Flamboyan tree when walking halfway down the property's private entry road. Backyard has avocado trees and naranja tree, which guests are welcome to pick when in season.
