Entertainment: 2 flatscreen TVs (one in the basement bunk room and one in the basement rec room) with a Fire TV stick and chromecast so you can sign into all your subscriptions. Other things to note There is not boat access on this property as Butterfield Lake is private access, however there is a public boat access on Eagle Lake within 2 miles.
