In the middle of Oslo, 700 meters from the castle

Practical apartment with a central location and a beautiful balcony overlooking Pilestredet Park. This is also one of the few apartments in Oslo with air conditioning. The space This is the place for those who prioritize a central location, quiet area, little insight and great views. The apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator, and faces the Pilestredet Park itself. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment, but we live here as usual and will have our things in the cabinets and drawers. We prepare the double bed in the bedroom for two people. If you are more than two people, you have to turn the sofa into a bed yourself. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are inside the left part of the sofa. You pull out the part under the sofa to turn it into a sofa bed. Washed bed linen and towels may be hanging to dry in the bathroom. Other things to note Some of the furniture in the pictures is no longer there. The sofa has been replaced with a sofa bed, and there are other tables and chairs there. See photo description. All guests can have their own digital access. The doors are easily opened via the Defigo app and code lock. This is nice if you are more people staying here. Then you don't have to share a physical key. Occasionally, the digital lock to the main entrance to the block does not work. If this happens when you check in, you will unfortunately have to wait for some residents to come out or in. It usually takes a few minutes at most, as there are over 80 apartments in the block. Therefore, it is a good idea to bring the physical key that is on the kitchen table as a backup after you have checked in. All we need is the email address of everyone who will have digital access to the front door. Then we can add you, and you can download the Defigo app. House Manual: Garbage - The garbage room is straight ahead when you enter the main entrance. Unlock with the physical key. Then you will come to a bicycle room. Take the first door on the right and you'll get to the garbage room. Remember to put the key back in the apartment before you leave. Lighting - Almost all the lights are smart lights. All can be switched off simultaneously using the Philips Hue switch to the right of the shoe cabinet in the hallway. Roller blinds - There are electric roller blinds in the apartment. Use the switches on the wall between the windows in the living room, and the switch on the wardrobe to the right of the window in the bedroom.
