The kitchen has a table with six chairs, a minibar, a cabinet, a very good electric stove and air conditioning. On the balcony there is a sink and a table with 2 chairs where you can have coffee while enjoying the view of the lake and the birds singing. It is possible to access the lake for fishing by a track that is in the nearby neighborhood.
