This 2-bedroom apartment is located near the A8 and thus a few minutes' drive from the exhibition grounds and Stuttgart Airport. Nevertheless, the city center of Kirchheim/Teck is within walking distance. The space The approx. 60 m² accommodation is located on the ground floor of an apartment building, which is part of a large residential complex. Access is in the courtyard of the complex, which was designed as a small park with green space and playground. The simple and simply furnished 3-room apartment with 2 separate bedrooms in detail: THE LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN Large living room with open kitchen and dining corner: - A TV corner (SMART TV) with pull-out sofa bed. 2 people can comfortably fit here. - Dining area with space for 5 people and a gel fireplace. - Open kitchen with oven, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and all other kitchen utensils. - A small desk with LAN cable serves as a workplace and completes the room. The living room is connected to the hallway. There is no lockable door. A sliding door leads to the small, partially opaque terrace. You can smoke here... Bicycle travelers can park their bike here. THE LARGE BEDROOM The bedroom overlooking the terrace and courtyard features a large hard double bed, bedside table, clothes rail with hangers and a shelf. Two people can sleep comfortably here. THE SMALL BEDROOM The small bedroom overlooking the terrace and courtyard has a small bed (about 120 x 190 cm), bedside table, clothes rail with hangers, dresser and a small desk with chair. Here 1 person can sleep comfortably - with 2 people it is tight in bed. THE BATHROOM A small indoor bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet. The bathroom is lockable. The entire property has high bright rooms, fly screens and shutters on the windows and underfloor heating. Guest access A parking space in the underground parking lot is available for guests. ATTENTION: Before entering the underground car park, guests must first get the key from the key box! Larger vehicles that do not fit in the underground garage (max. 1.9 m) unfortunately have to look for a parking space outside. Other things to note It's a ground floor apartment. However, since the complex is higher, you have to walk up a distance of about 30 m to the house entrance. There are also about eight steps to overcome here (ramp available). Access to the key box is monitored by camera!
