Description

The studio was built in 2015 as a barrier-free extension to a renovated villa from 1904. The special flair of this 63 m2 apartment on the ground floor is that it was used as a painting studio until recently. This becomes visible through the many paintings on display, the large wall easel and the traces of many hours of creativity on the heated industrial floor. From the balcony you can see a park-like garden that can also be used by the guests. The space The ceiling height is 2.80 m and many windows, skylights and a large glass door make the premises very bright. In addition, there are the LED ceiling lights that illuminate the large room as bright as day. The 63 square meter apartment is very quiet and yet centrally located at the interface between Duisburg and Mülheim an der Ruhr. Guest access The self-contained apartment can be reached via a staircase (six steps) or barrier-free with the elevator. There is a bell with an intercom system.
