2 to 3 bed home with large garden in a quiet area

3 bed semi: one bedroom with double bed, one small bedroom with single bed, and a living room convertible to a bedroom (sofa bed - double). This is my primary residence, but I like to let it out during the busy months and the weekends. So it has all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. Has a large, south facing garden, perfect for relaxing during the day and late into the evening in summer. Close to bus routes into the city centre (30 mins). It is a quiet, residential area. The space As it is my home, I have decorated it to make it feel warm and cosy. Since it is a residential area, there aren't that many shops close by (a Scotmid just around the corner), but down the hill into Corstorphine has great bakeries and food (20 min walk). Murrayfield Stadium isn't far either. There is a nature reserve up the hill, where it connects to Edinburgh zoo, and you are able to see the Zebras and Wallerbees. Guest access The whole place is available for use, except for my bedroom of course. Kitchen: all cutlery, plates, pots etc can be used, as well as milk, salad, teas, and sauces. I do have food in cupboards and in the freezer, but these are not offered unless replaced. Other things to note I will not be residing in the property when it is let out, so you'd have the place to yourselves. You only won't have access to my bedroom. No heating for the summer period
