This is a separate unit with a separate entrance on the bottom level of the house.It has a large bedroom with a very spacious bathroom,full size kitchen and decent sized living room.The 3rd person can sleep on the couch but it is not a sleeper sofa.There is one parking spot to use as well as a Ford Focus to rent if you need.The neighborhood is very central.Within 1 mile you can access the H1 or Pali highway.There’s a shopping center 3 min away and Waikiki is 15 mins. You can hear upstairs noise. The space This house is two levels. The upstairs unit has 2 roommates that are working professionals and the bottom unit is the Airbnb. It has a separate entrance with its own parking. The only shared spaces are the laundry room but you’ll have your own separate entrance to that and the yard. The unit is like it’s own 758sqft apartment with very spacious areas. The back door opens the side yard. Essentials for living here for a month are mostly provided and shown in the photos Disclaimer: this is a bottom unit and you can definitely hear us upstairs so don’t book if you’re sensitive to some noise. Also there’s a lot of stairs from street level to the unit. Everything is brand new and/or cleaned professionally so feel comfortable using everything.
