The space This historical home features 2 beds (kings) each with their own en suite private bathrooms. Both bedrooms/bathrooms are upstairs on the second floor. The kitchen, living room, dining room and 1/2 bathroom are located on the 1st floor. This private home shares the property with two other separate units and the large outdoor grounds are considered shared. The other units on property however, do have their own outdoor spaces so interaction with other guests are limited. Please see our other listings Matriarch-Suite 1 and Martiarch Suite 2 if you are interested in hosting a larger gathering. Other things to note The Matriarch Hotel also hosts several separate private guest suites on location. You may likely see these guests outside as they visit Ashland. Ashland permit: (#18-247) IMPORTANT: Matriarch Suites is a boutique property featuring shared outdoor spaces designed for guests to relax, unwind, and gather. During your stay, you may occasionally see members of our hospitality team on the property, including housekeeping, landscaping, and maintenance staff. Our team works regularly to keep the grounds, gardens, and common areas clean, welcoming, and well-maintained for all guests. Whenever possible, maintenance activities are scheduled during normal daytime hours, and we make every effort to minimize any disruption. Your privacy is important to us. Our staff will not enter your suite during your stay unless requested by you or in the event of an emergency. Lost & Found policy: 1.⁠ ⁠We will hold found items for up to 30 days after your checkout date. 2.⁠ ⁠If you'd like the item shipped, you'll be responsible for the shipping cost plus a $25 handling and management fee, which covers locating, storing, and coordinating the return. 3.⁠ ⁠If you're planning to return to the area, we're happy to hold your item for pickup within the 30-day holding period. 4.⁠ ⁠Any unclaimed items remaining after 30 days may be donated or disposed of.
