Centrally located in Joplin, we are less than 5 minutes away from Joplin High School, the public library, Walmart, Rangeline Road, and downtown Joplin. And, just 10 minutes away from Missouri Southern State University and Ozark Christian College. Our space is well equipped and cleaned/disinfected to make anyone feel at home and welcomed- there’s a washer and dryer, air fryer, two true Hepa air purifiers, and unique, local decor that makes our space a home away from home. The space We wanted a space where family and friends could stay, but also opened it up to anyone who needs a peaceful, comfortable, safe, and clean place to rest. As an added safety measure, each guest receives their own unique door code which expires upon their check-out time. No two codes are ever alike. Guest access Guests have the whole house to themselves. 🏡 Other things to note Check-in is anytime after 4 pm Check-out is at 11 am **We are currently only accepting mid-long stays of at least 28 nights or stays of at least 4 days between mid-term guests** There is a small unevenness on the top concrete step leading to the back door. There are “watch your step” signs to show where this is. The railroad is a block behind us so we do hear it and feel small vibrations from it at times. We provide a sound machine in the tv console and earplugs in the bathroom for anyone with noise sensitivity. There are three outdoor security cameras on our property. One is a video doorbell camera at the front door which faces the street. One is next to the back door and the other is on the shed, both facing the driveway. Cameras are on 24/7. The addition of the true Hepa air purifier changes the living room layout slightly from what you see in the photos. The sofa bed is pushed closer to the wall and the air purifier is on its own stand next to the sofa. We also added a stylish garment rack next to the front door. Some decor items might be different based on the season.
