Spacious bedroom with balcony & private bathroom

A beautiful and spacious double room situated in South Bermondsey, just over 5 minutes walking from the station. The place is situated just outside Zone 1. The apartment is a large 3 bedroom duplex (1150 sqf). The bedroom is situated on the top floor with access to the balcony. There is also a large open plan living area upstairs which you will share with me. You will also have a very large private bathroom located downstairs (I have my own ensuite). The space This is a new build flat, so everything is very modern with nice new carpets/wooden flooring throughout. I live here on my own, however my partner Elena will often stay too. We work full time, both work hybrid in the office and from home throughout the week. We travel often so sometimes there may be days when it is just you in the flat too. Guest access You are free to use the common areas at anytime: kitchen, living room & balcony. Other things to note We do not have any pets, however we do quite often look after other people’s dogs. We will always let you know if that is the case. Occasionally I will have family members or friends stay in the third bedroom downstairs often only for quite short stays. They will only use my en-suite bathroom and not yours, except when it’s late. I have a cleaner that comes once a week to clean the whole property.
