Rockhaven - Kibbe point cottage

Rockhaven, a romantic getaway is a rare find. Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bathroom. The space Kibbe cottage has one bedroom with queen bed, a sitting area, a private bath with walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outside deck. Guest access Both cottages have unlimited access to the dock anytime , kayaks and bicycles. The 2 cottages are located in a private property . Our priority here is privacy and we will not allowed family or friends gathering on site ! Other things to note The cottages are situated high above the shale beach and renters will need to access the beach via stairs. We are dog friendly with friendly dogs as our dog Lucy runs free in the property .... before any instant booking please let us know you will be coming with a dog ... we will accept 2 dogs also but please consult with us ... we do not charge dogs fee or any extra for a second dog because we love them and totally believe they can have the best time here but please be considered. Don’t forget to bring your lake shoes if you want to fully enjoy our Rock beach they are essential ! The use of bicycles , kayaks and canoe are exclusively for our guests , and your host and her dog ! Any family or friend visit to the property should communicate in advance and coordinate with your host .!
